MOCOCA REVERSE LOGISTICS

Since 2017, Mococa has provided environmental compensation for post-consumption packaging, consisting of the environmentally correct disposal of post-consumption waste on the market.

Our business model is based on environmental compensation through recycling certificates (CRE), aimed at balancing out the effects of packaging deposited in the environment as our products are sold, as well as removing such packages from the environment and therefore neutralizing the environmental impact.

Thus, aiming at devising a solution for reverse logistics, Mococa S/A partnered with Eureciclo – New Hope Ecotech to mitigate the incorrect disposal of these post-consumption packages, thus helping increase recycling rates in Brazil. In addition, European Union countries have successfully and widely adopted the Recycling Certificates (CRE) model.
